I totally just ROCKED THE EFF OUTTA THAT GYM! I have a new love for the elliptical! This was 2 days in a row…lets cross our fingers I can make it 3 tomorrow!

I’m a bit disappointed in my weight loss the last week…only .4 lost! Which brings my total to 5lbs lost in the last 3wks! I was hoping for more but that’s ok, at least I haven’t gained any! I totally called into work today just for the hell of it…hello 3 day weekend! I’m thinking i’ll spend the day watching TLC and hitting the gym this afternoon!

I’m celebrating with a manicure and pedicure after work. I work such early hours that I’ll have time for them to dry and still be able to make it to 24Lift class tonight. Did I mention that today is my Friday?! Today is going to be a great day!!

Rockin' It!
I hit the gym yesterday after work. I walked 30minutes on the indoor track which was about 1.5miles….and then I got on the bike for another 20minutes which equaled 3.5miles…so i did almost an hr of cardio! GO ME! No weights b/c well I Just didn’t feel like fighting the crowds! LOL
Snacks
I think i’ll go to Walmart after work to get little single cups of Peanut Butter (I LOVE PB!) and crackers or bananas, to eat as snacks @ work!
oh and 128oz of water have already been consumed and its only 3! My bladder’s gonna hate me tonight!

I’m pretty sure I just ate one of the best WW lunches I’ve had!! Spaghetti with meat sauce lean cuisine - 6pts 2 slices of the thin which whole grain bread - 1pt A smidge of butter on the bread - 1pt Total # of WW pts so far- 10! I can save my other 22 for dinner!
Of course this WW will all be blown tonight when I meet a friend @ Pluckers for wings!

I fully expected to get on the scales this morning and have a gain or be the same. I haven’t worked out since last Wednesday and over the weekend I didn’t do so hot on the eating.
I’ve lost 6 POUNDS!!! Very shocked/surprised to say the least.

I’m up a pound, I spilled my breakfast on my shirt and didn’t notice until I got to school, every single person has decided to chew their gum in the loudest way possible ( can you tell it’s that time of the month?), plus my back hurts from sleeping funny last night. I am the same way. That is the exact reason I love classes. You get to avoid the whole gym crowd and walk directly into the classroom. No conversation is really needed. The teacher may ask in the beginning...
I feel like I cant go have a good successful work out until I drag my ass to the mall and buy GOOD running shoes. Seeing as I always always ALWAYS end up w/ blisters on my feet after every cardio session.
